Georgia has have led maternity digital transformation programmes within the NHS and contributed to regional initiatives through London ICB and pan-London digital leadership groups.
Her work focuses on integrating clinical practice with data and technology to improve safety, quality, and equity in maternity care. Alongside her professional role, she is a committed healthcare researcher with a strong focus on qualitative methodologies and interdisciplinary inquiry. Her doctoral research explores nursing and midwifery leadership in digital health policy, using approaches such as netnography and qualitative analysis to understand how leadership is enacted in digital and policy contexts. Through this work, she aims to inform, influence, and strengthen digital leadership within healthcare systems.
