Fia completed a five‑year integrated Master’s degree in Music Therapy at the Grieg Academy Institute for Music, University of Bergen. She has since worked as a music therapist within the Norwegian Municipal Schools of Music and Performing Arts, an extracurricular arts education service for children and young people aged 6–19. Her clinical development has been shaped by a strong interest in relational music‑making, co‑regulation, and procedural support in healthcare settings.
