Background

Emily began her career working as a theatre set designer and scenic artist, before working as a producer of performance and events in outdoor and non-traditional settings, and as a consultant in a public art commissioning agency. More recently she has held senior management positions in an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation and a national arts education charity, with responsibility for strategy, financial management and income generation.

  • BA (Hons) Theatre Set Design and Management, Arden School of Theatre (University of Manchester Accredited)
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Art Management, Anglia Ruskin University
  • Postgraduate Certificate/CIPFA Certificate in Charity Finance and Accountancy, London Southbank University and Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants
