Catriona practised Criminal Law for 15 years as a duty solicitor and Higher Rights Advocate. Her expertise remains in criminal law and advocacy. She also practiced family law.

Background

Whilst teaching postgraduates on the LPC, Catriona has also taught professional conduct, and skills including advocacy and wills-based interviewing.

Although it is more than ten years since Catriona was in practice, she has also been teaching at a local primary school in the intervening period.

Catriona has passed the first half of the PG Cert and hopes to pass the remainder by January 2024 so she can become a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
