Lecturer

Ayosola is a Business Management lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University. She has experience delivering Leadership, Management, Business and Foundation Year courses and has supervised both undergraduate and postgraduate projects.

She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA), with a keen interest in widening participation.  She has carried out extensive research on the Access to Higher Education diploma programme and enjoys sharing her findings at conferences.

Background

Ayosola has a PhD in Management, an MBA, and a BSc in Accounting, with a great passion for scholarship. Driven by her passion for equal opportunities, she trains unemployed individuals in Nigeria, equipping them with valuable skills and empowering them.

She has presented her work at conferences and seminars, and has won scholarships, as well as bursaries for attending and presenting papers at international conferences.  Her research interests are in women's business start-ups, adult education, higher education, digital education and widening participation.
