Anna is a MSc graduate who has previously worked on projects investigating the ventriloquist effect and the multi-sensory integration window. She has joined VERI to assist with auditory assessment in people with vision loss.

Background

Anna obtained her BSc Biology degree at Bielefeld University and her MSc Cognitive Science degree at the Ruhr-University Bochum.

She wrote her Master's thesis on the effects of a high-fat diet on the cognition in female mice, and during her BSc she investigated the ventriloquist effect and the multi-sensory integration window in humans.

In November 2022 Anna began her job at ARU, where she is working on auditory assessment with people with vision loss.
