Albie is a Senior Lecturer and Admissions Tutor for our Physician Associate MSc. He works clinically in respiratory medicine.

Background

Albie is a qualified Physician Associate with a background in biomedical science. He works clinically in respiratory medicine and acute medicine at East Surrey Hospital. He has strong interests in medical education and joined the School of Medicine in 2019, where he helped develop weekly knowledge assessments to help prepare students for their exams.

Albie is currently the Admissions Tutor for the MSc Physician Associate course and is interested in widening access to the programme to those with suitable previous undergraduate degrees or clinical experience.

Albie currently is part of the assessments team and Major Project Supervisor on the Physician Associate programme, working closely with students to help support their Major Project on quality improvement within the NHS.
