How to book

Book your place via our online form

As we want to make the workshop a relaxed space to generate discussion, the numbers will be limited for each workshop. Registration will close on the Monday of the week the workshop is running.

Meet the team

These workshops are being run by our own staff: Midwife and Lactation Consultant Dr Maxine Wallis-Redworth and Midwife Holly Ingram.

Both Maxine and Holly also provide support at the ARU Breastfeeding Support Hub, which runs on Tuesday mornings.
