We highly recommend purchasing a gala dinner ticket on registration as places are limited and separate purchase will incur additional cost. We are required to charge 20% VAT on additional items.

Full registration includes: conference admission, wine reception, tea/coffee breaks, lunch (days 2 & 3), gala dinner (three-course dinner, ½ bottle of wine, elderflower cordial, bottled water, bread, tea/coffee) and ceilidh dance (traditional Gaelic social gathering with live folk music and dancing) at Homerton College on Day 3 (Thursday 3 September).

Conference attendance grants

ASAB

To encourage attendance at conferences, ASAB award Conference Attendance Grants of up to £750 to standard applicants, and up to £2,500 to ‘Developing Country Applicants’. The award provides a contribution towards the cost of registration, accommodation, as well as the cost of travel to and from the conference.

Ethologische Gesellschaft

Members of the Ethologische Gesellschaft e.V. may apply for a contribution of up to €500 for active participation (poster or talk) at the conference.
