Chelmsford Science Festival 2025 branded wording

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionising the construction industry, driving efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. From AI-driven project management and automation which streamlines workflows and reduces delays, to AI-powered sustainable construction practices, helping to minimize environmental impact and reduce carbon footprints, the potential is vast. However, as AI adoption grows, so do the ethical and regulatory challenges, including data privacy, job displacement, and compliance with evolving industry standards.

This discussion will explore how AI is shaping the future of construction, balancing technological advancement with responsible implementation, explore the evolution of construction methodologies and project management practices from 2015 to 2030. Featuring expert presentations from Harrison O’ Hara, Anthony Crowley, and Kiran Sable, we’ll delve into key developments in delay analysis, contractual communication, and document management.

With opportunities for Q&A and networking, this event is ideal for professionals seeking to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving sector. Lunch will be provided following the presentations. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and shape the future of building.
