Join Kimmi from The Second Spring for a welcoming, science-informed workshop exploring what happens during perimenopause and menopause, and how movement, strength training and nutrition can help you feel healthier, stronger and more confident.

In this interactive session, you'll discover:

  • how strength and movement can support muscle, bone and overall wellbeing
  • practical nutrition tips for midlife health
  • common myths, questions and simple takeaways you can use straight away.

No prior fitness experience is required. This is a supportive, inclusive session designed to make the science of menopause understandable, practical and empowering.

A short practical movement element will be included, but no special fitness level is required. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for light movement.

About Kimmi

Kimmi is the founder of The Second Spring, helping women feel stronger, healthier and more confident through menopause, cancer recovery and other life transitions. Her background includes leadership and people development alongside specialist training as a personal trainer, exercise referral instructor, menopause coach and oncology exercise specialist. She also served in the Army Reserve with the Royal Signals and Infantry.
