Several moons in our solar system hide vast oceans beneath their frozen surfaces. This science show takes you on a journey from the icy crust of Europa to the hydrothermal plumes erupting from Enceladus, asking one of the biggest question in science: are we alone?
Drawing on the latest underwater technology, we look at how we might one day explore these alien oceans and what we would be looking for when we do. But perhaps the strangest life forms in the universe might already be living right here on Earth...
Discover how deep-sea robots, hydrothermal vents and Antarctic lakes are helping scientists prepare to explore these alien worlds, and why some of Earth's most unusual creatures may be the best clues to finding life elsewhere in the universe.

Russell Arnott is a marine scientist and science communicator with Incredible Oceans CIC, an organisation dedicated to inspiring people through the wonders of ocean science, exploration and conservation. Drawing on expertise in marine research and underwater technology, Russell brings the search for life beyond Earth to life through engaging storytelling, hands-on demonstrations and real-world examples from some of the planet's most extreme environments.
