What to expect
- Assess Your Lung Function (5 min): Get a quick lung function test to understand your baseline.
- Learn How Your Lungs Work (10 min): Explore the science of breathing and uncover the mechanics behind each inhale and exhale.
- Master Nasal Breathing (10 min): Practice techniques for breathing through your nose—a healthier, more efficient way to oxygenate your body.
Whether you're an athlete, or are simply curious about your health, this session offers practical tools to improve your breathing and overall well-being.
