Our 2023 Chelmsford Science Festival launch event promises to be out of this world with a special performance, Sounds of the Cosmos, by Britten Sinfonia, who will be playing Holst's The Planets alongside projected visuals, as well as a short performance by ARU’s Show Choir.
We're delighted that the second annual festival will run at venues across the city, and include spectacular exhibitions, fascinating talks, hands-on activities and two Family Science Days.
The festival is already becoming an important and impactful event in the local calendar, and one which aims to make a long-term positive impact on the social and cultural environment of Chelmsford and the surrounding area.
We hope you are able to join us for what promises to be a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable evening.
This event will be taking place at Chelmsford Cathedral. Age restriction: 18+
