Join us for an interactive and educational experience that explores the science of how we form habits and its implications for both humans and animals. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to uncover the secrets of your own habits and learn about how we investigate habits we share with our animal counterparts!

This activity is a collaboration between Professor Amy Milton of Cambridge Mind Lab and Dr Sharon Morein of the Morein Lab.

Cambridge Mind Lab are a behavioural neuroscience lab based in the Department of Psychology at the University of Cambridge. We aim to understand the neurochemical and molecular mechanisms that allow emotional memories to persist and become updated in the brain.

The Morein Lab aims to advance scientific knowledge and understanding of mental health difficulties relating to compulsivity and impulsivity. Our research integrates experimental psychology, psychiatry and cognitive neuroscience.
