Jan, Tessa and Guin continue ARU literary achievement

MA Creative Writing graduate Jan Casey recently released her second novel, Women at War, through Aria.

The book, which follows two women forced to consider their loyalties to one man and both their countries on the verge of World War 2, is currently available on Amazon Kindle, along with Jan's first novel The Women of Waterloo Bridge. The paperback version will be published in May.

Meanwhile, two other MA Creative Writing graduates course have recently had success in writing competitions, with Tessa Byars winning first prize in the Historical Fiction category of the Weald and Downland Story Competition for her short story The Second Mrs Turner, and Guin Glasfurd's second book The Year Without Summer being nominated for the 2021 Walter Scott Prize, with the winner to be announced mid-June.
