Running polls in your class is only part of the process; designing questions that encourage deeper engagement and more meaningful responses is where the real value lies. If you are looking for inspiration, or want to get more from your polling then this hands on session is for you.
This session focuses on practical, manageable approaches that can quickly improve the quality and impact of existing polls, whether by redesigning current questions, developing new polling approaches and questions from scratch, or using AI tools to help generate questions from existing teaching materials such as PowerPoint presentations. The aim is for participants to leave with ideas, approaches, and questions they can use immediately in their own teaching.
This is not a getting started session. Participants should already be familiar with logging into Mentimeter and have a basic understanding of how to create and run polls.
