Vice Chancellor's Awards nomination deadline extended

Published: 11 May 2020 at 10:16

The ARU Vice Chancellor’s Awards celebrate and reward individuals and teams’ shared ambition to realise our mission of “Transforming lives through innovative, inclusive and entrepreneurial education and research.”

Given how busy everyone has been ensuring that our current students are supported and maintaining progress on our research and innovation programmes, while also planning for the new academic year, we’ve extended the deadline for nominations for our new Vice Chancellor’s Awards scheme until Tuesday 23 June 2020 .

This will give all those colleagues who have made outstanding professional contributions to the achievement of our ambitions, provided an excellent educational experience for our students or engaged in outstanding research and innovation activities more time to submit their nominations to these important annual awards.

Colleagues from all professional services as well as academic staff are eligible to apply for a Vice Chancellor's Award and we positively encourage nominations from individuals and teams whose work might not be as visible as others', but whose contribution is essential to our success.

More information, guidance and application forms are available from Vice Chancellor's Awards
