We have a series of ‘Talking about Personal Development Tutoring’ (PDT) webinars running this trimester.
They are ideal refreshers for colleagues who started in the role last September and also for those just starting this trimester.
The webinars cover a range of themes, including ‘Conversations with students’ and ‘AskARU (TOPdesk) introduction’, all of which have been designed in collaboration with faculty PDT Community Leads to support Personal Development Tutors in their role.

Your feedback on what works, and what doesn’t work, helps refine PDT at ARU. Please take 15 minutes to share your experience of PDT through the experience survey and encourage others to do so too.
We’ll report the results to the Education Committee in March 2020, together with the results of a similar student survey that asks them about their PDT experience.
