High-fidelity simulated labour ward experience for trainee anaesthetists new to the delivery suite.
Featuring:
- a full day of risk-free practice at managing obstetric anaesthesia clinical scenarios and critical incidents
- systematic approach to management
- feedback on clinical and human factor aspects in a supportive learning environment
- includes many of the clinical dilemmas that you may well experience in your first few months covering labour ward.

Who should attend?
Obs+ACT! is mandatory for Anaesthetic CT2s in the Health Education East of England Essex Rotation (Basildon, Broomfield, Colchester and Southend). Delegate registration for Essex rotation Anaesthetic CT2 and ACCS (Anaesth) trainees is subsidised by Health Education East of England.
