As Director of Corporate Programmes at the Faculty of Business and Law, Rachael has a strategic, senior management role, focused on developing and leading Corporate work-based degree programmes and facilitating employer engagement.
Rachael Hall has extensive experience of leading and managing corporate, work-based learning courses. Pivotal to her role is client relationship management for the Corporate Education Portfolio, including Barclays, UPS, Volvo, Alliance and Leicester, Co-operative Financial Services, Arts Council of England and Lottery Heritage.
Rachael led the programme development, design and validation for the Certificate of Higher Education in Leadership and the MA Leadership.
The BA (Hons) Management & Leadership degree, (a corporate work-based degree programme) formed a significant part of the submission for two successful awards in the academic year 2012/13, namely the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development’s (CIPD) 2012 Awards – winning the Talent Attraction and Management category, and the Target Job Awards.
Rachael currently leads on the UPS contract both in the UK and Europe.
Rachael has taught extensively on HR modules to level 7, with particular emphasis on Corporate delivery, personal development, Leadership development and Reflective Practice.
