We are now seeking Expressions of Interest for the prestigious National Teaching Fellowship award (NTF) and the Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE), the annual schemes run by Advance HE for the sector.
You can find more information about NTF and CATE on Advance HE’s website and through two informal meetings we are running for staff on Wednesday 12 March (12-1pm) and Wednesday 19 March (12-1pm). They are both online and will be recorded. The sessions will explain what is required, sharing some of the experiences of ARU’s past NTF and CATE winners.
The National Teaching Fellowship Scheme (NTF) recognises, rewards and celebrates individuals who have made an outstanding impact on student outcomes and the teaching profession. It has three criteria: Individual Excellence; Raising the Profile of Excellence and Developing Excellence.
The Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE) recognises, rewards and celebrates collaborative work that has had a demonstrable impact on teaching and learning. It recognises the importance of teamwork in education and a team’s influence in changing practice for colleagues and/or students at an institutional or discipline level.
