Self, - Peer- and Team Assessment or Evaluation is a crucial process to develop and support team cohesion and accountability. While there are ways to run Peer and Team Assessments using for instance an online survey, Buddycheck provides a tool which will do the number crunching and feeding back to students for you.
Buddycheck is fully integrated with Canvas and has been available since September 2022 and has been piloted. Buddycheck can be used for formative and summative peer and team assessments as well as used for group feedback.
The online session introduces Buddycheck as a tool as well as defining peer- and team evaluations, benefits, and challenges. The session includes hands-on experience in creating an example evaluation.
