Arise awarded CCC grant to support local businesses
Arise Innovation Hub has been awarded the ‘Building the Essex Innovation Pipeline’ grant by Chelmsford City Council. The funding will be used for business development activities, namely raising the profile of some of the occupants situated at the Arise Innovation Hub in Chelmsford.
As part of this endeavour, Arise will be working with local entrepreneur and founder of Agility Life Sciences, Professor Claire Thompson. Agility is an award winning CDMO, consulting and communications firm supporting healthcare and life science companies. Claire will be meeting with companies within Arise Chelmsford to help develop their products and their profiles. She has already made headway with the project, providing invaluable advice and insight to our businesses. The sessions explore a range of beneficial topics such as funding, future proofing and setting achievable milestones.
Claire will continue to run sessions until the end of August 2023.
