ARU is a leader in higher education enterprise, supporting innovation, start-ups and business growth through its Enterprise Academy and Arise Innovation Hubs. As part of a new Enterprise team, you will help drive the University's commercialisation ambitions, overseeing intellectual property, licensing, consultancy, knowledge exchange and spin-out activities.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will identify and develop commercial opportunities, build partnerships across STEM and SHAPE disciplines, and maximise the impact of ARU's research and expertise. You will also promote an entrepreneurial culture through networking, training and engagement initiatives.

The role requires experience in enterprise, research commercialisation or technology transfer, alongside strong organisational, stakeholder management and business development skills. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape ARU's enterprise strategy and support innovation-led growth across the University.
