Get experience of sports coaching, umpiring or refereeing with our Coach Academy and Officials Academy.

Coach Academy

Our Coach Academy provides opportunities for ARU students to gain valuable skills and experience in real-life settings.

You'll receive a comprehensive package of support, including a bursary to gain a National Governing Body coaching qualification, whilst completing a placement either as a coach within one of our student sports clubs or as a PE teaching assistant at The Stephen Perse Foundation Senior School.

Officials Academy

The Officials Academy is a programme designed to support the development of students who'd like to gain more experience umpiring or refereeing.

Whether you're new to officiating with no current qualifications, or a seasoned umpire or referee, we've got opportunities for you to continue your development. We can provide access to courses and paid officiating opportunities. For further information email [email protected]
