To coincide with World Down Syndrome Day Dr Dan Gordon, Associate Professor, Anglia Ruskin University, presents data from a ground-breaking study which has bene in collaboration with the Canadian Down Syndrome Association, BrainHQ, FitBit and FCB-Toronto to show how regular exercise which is not currently prescribed to the Down Syndrome community can have a profound benefit on the cognitive and physical health of those with DS.
