Hi, my name is Jade Day and I’m studying Adult Nursing at ARU in Chelmsford.
I'm married to my childhood sweetheart and we have a young daughter together. I have been a carer for my mother throughout my adolescence and volunteered for a while last year on an orthopaedic ward, which really cemented my decision to become an adult nurse.
I’m trying to get as involved as possible right from the start by signing up to be a student ambassador, and volunteering myself as course rep for my facilitated group – and now I can add blogging to my list!
